Unable to delete the "do not allow tracking" message by Wp SEO

Hi, I updated my WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin and it appeared a little pop message in the upper left corner asking me for “do not allow tracking”. But when I click there nothing happens and this thing is covering me other WP buttons.

I remember this happening to me long time ago with another site with the same plugin and I remember deleting or adding something into my web server and but just can’t remember that step.

Please help me
