Unable to Delete Plugin

I installed the Cart2cart: Shopify to Woocommerce Plugin on my site and now I am unable to delete it. I have deactivated it and clicked “Delete”, but I keep getting a message saying “Deletion failed: The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
