    Hello,

I’m unable to delete Pixelyoursite events from Facebook Events Manager. It says these events were created using Event code and that I have to delete this code off my website.

It has to be a code that Pixelyoursite has added to my website. I have removed all of the events from the plugin and also the option to even use events via Pixelyoursite, but the events keep showing in Event’s manager.

Here are images of my settings and the issue https://imgur.com/a/rZIwbaZ

I have also tried deleting cache and deactivating the plugin but to no avail.

How can I remove Pixelyoursite generated events from my website completely?

    Thanks.

If you delete events configured with our plugin they will stop working.

Facebook will update their report in time. As you can easily see in your screenshot, most events were received last time 17 days ago.

I would like to delete these events from Facebook Events manager but since pixelyoursite has added event codes on my website I can’t delete them off Facebook.

I’m asking how can I delete the event code your plugin has left on my website?

I can only add 8 events per pixel and your old events are taking all of my available spots.

Please do not mark my thread as resolved as it’s not.

These events will NOT count agains the 8 events limit. You don’t/cant delete them from there. What you see is just a simple events report.

The 8 events limit is related to Aggregated Event Measurement. You have a link on top of the table, click on it and follow instructions.
