Unable to delete folder on FTP

    Hi,

    That’s a web hosting setup issue… you need to speak to your web hosting company about why your FTP access is insufficient to delete files created by your hosted website.

    I have similar problem I have installed Widgetized widgets and trying to delete from my site but I can’t even I deleted from the installed widgets bar but still showing on site.

    can you help me how to delete it.
