    I try to deactivate the plugin with no success. I have tried both the option “delivered” and option “select” upon request before deactivation and every time the related orders dissapear from the orders tab! Once the plugin is activated again, all orders are normally shown. Tried several times with the same results. Please provide a solution ASAP.

    Hi @koraki7,

    We checked by deactivating pugin with reassigning the order status but we can’t replicate any issue with it.

    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.
