    We’re debugging an issue and the deactivate button for this plugin doesn’t seem to be doing anything. Is there something special I have to do to deactivate it? Other plugins don’t seem effected by this problem.

    Hi @clonemykey,

    We couldn’t replicate this issue on our development site. You don’t need to do anything special to deactivate it.
    Check your browser console is there any jquery error in it.

    Thanks for your response. We don’t have any console errors listed. Both our development and live site are experiencing this.

    Hi, I am not sure why this happens, I just tried in a few of our websites and could not find any issue with deactivating the plugin, it might be a conflict with other plugin, you can try to deactivate the plugin from FTP.

    We disabled all other plugins and were able to successfully deactivate yours. No idea which one was causing this problem.
