Unable to Deactivate or Delete Plugin

    Hello

    If I try to deactivate or delete the plugin called Google Maps Ready!
    I get error messages: An error occurred while deactivating Google Maps Ready! on ShoreLark by the Sea. and An error occurred while removing Google Maps Ready! on ShoreLark by the Sea.

    The contact form on their website `readyshoppingcart.com` does not function; their FB page has not had a post since 2014. How can I get rid of this plugin if I can’t do it through the WP dashboard?

    Via FTP or the file manager app of your hosting control panel, delete the plugin’s directory in wp-content/plugins.

    Thanks for you reply. Seems as though even though I was getting an error message the plug in was indeed deleting, as the map is now gone from that page. I will look into wp-content/plugins though anyway, just to be sure.

    Time to find another Google Maps plug-in…any recommendations btw?
