I’ve been using the Ordered List plugin to redirect my feed to FeedBurner. Unfortunately, my blog has gotten horribly slow today, so I’ve been trying to find the cause by deactivating all my plugins. For some reason, even after I deactivated every single plugin, my feed URL still goes to FeedBurner. I checked my .htaccess file, but it only has the default stuff in there. Any ideas on why this is happening? Also, I haven’t been able to figure out why it’s going so slow all of us a sudden. Thanks for any help…

The feedburner plugin causes your site to send a 307 temporary redirect to feedburner, when somebody pulls the feed. If you had it on and then turned it off, your browser may still be caching the fact of the redirect. Restart your browser and try again. Failing that, clear the browser’s cache.

In other words, deactivating it really does work, but not necessarily immediately because of how browsers work.

    Thanks, that did the trick.
