Unable to Deactivate

    I dislike your plugin and want to deactivate it. Unfortunately, even though my WP installation says Plugin Successfully Deactivated, it simply is not. I even tried deleting the plugin with no luck.

    I will ftp into the site to delete your plugin manually, but I think you should look at it. It’s not working the way it is supposed to.

    – version of WordPress
    – your OS type
    – Browser
    – What kind of plugins you have
    – name of your theme
