Unable to customize tweet when publishing

I also forgot to add that it might work once in a while (rarely), but most of the time, the generic tweet is what goes through.

Hi @dryedmangoez2, the ones I was able to check all had the correct message on Twitter. If it happens again, where you’ve definitely set a custom message and it tweets out the default, please leave the tweet as-is so we can check on it for you, then update us here. Thanks!

I just use the little box on the right side where it says “Customize Your Message”:

I make sure to always check it has what I want before I click Publish.

I wonder if the non-English characters are breaking it somehow, only because that’s not something we usually test.

Would you mind trying your next one without that?

It happens with even just an extra “-” I put at the end to separate the text from the link in the tweet.

Checking our logs, we absolutely sent Recap: Super Sentai Strongest Battle, Episode 3 – A Secret Revealed - #スーパー戦隊最強バトル #SuperSentai #MaGMCM - for that post.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure why Twitter didn’t take it. In this case, we have no control over what Twitter decides to do with the information that we send.
