Unable to customize theme

  • I am unable to customize my theme because in theme customizer it says published by default so whenever I try to save it the buttons gray and I can’t click on it. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help. I have already tried reinstalling WordPress and disabling plugins but none works. I am using hosting from Hostinger.

  • Since your question is about a theme and not WordPress, I suggest asking on the theme’s support page instead. THe developers would be better able to assist you.
