Unable to customize mobile header

I checked your site once again and I saw it has a caching system. The cache should be flushed on each setting update. Otherwise, the web browser will still load the older version of your page.

Unfortunately, even if I clear the cache, it doesn’t improve.

Thanks for getting back. Could you check your current mobile layout under Customize > Header > Mobile Header, and ensure Layout 1 is active?

I am wondering whether your site still loads legacy header or not. To verify this, please visit yourwpsite[dot]com/wp-admin/options.php. Find the row that reads sydney-update-header and ensure the current value is set to 1. https://i.snipboard.io/Ob40na.jpg

The button should be both enable in desktop and mobile. Could you please verify this?

If it is still not showing on your side, try clearing cache/history on your device.

@aoi5150, I checked your site; it is still running the older version of Sydney. There is a new version (2.37).

Try updating to the latest version and check whether updating resolves your issue or not.

Hi @aoi5150,

Child theme’s script might override the default theme’s header structure. If you have an active child theme, try disabling it.
