As soon as I disable this plugin everything works.

Can you report this to the authors of the mainwp plugin please? Query Monitor doesn’t do anything special with jQuery, it just enqueues it and uses it as normal. I suspect the problem may lie elsewhere.

They are aware since they are working a different issue and using this plugin to test.

This problem has been fixed. Fix will be included in the next MainWP Dashboard release.
