    Hi all,

    I’m trying to have an Account User automatically created upon purchase of an item. I have configured the privacy policy as follows to allow the automatic user creation:

    I’m redirected to the /order-received/

    An email is received “Your xxxxx order has been received!”, however there are no info about the Account name.

    Could it be that my payment settings are still not complete? To test my shop I’m using a 0 price product. I wonder if this could be the reason

    It’s important to note that the default WooCommerce order confirmation email does not include this information. You should see their full name though under the Billing and Shipping address, is this the case on your end? If so, that should be normal. Please also send us a screenshot, but ensure to cover up personal information for security and privacy.

    If you want to view customers, you may go to WooCommerce > Customers to see the list of accounts.

    If you prefer to customize your email template. You can do this by copying the relevant template file to your theme and making modifications there. You can find more information about this in our documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure.

    The use of a 0-price product for testing should not affect the automatic user creation process.
