    The plugin is up to date, Version (4.1.14).
    I have used the plugin before on other sites and it works fine. But now when i installed the plugin into my other site, it’s showing a responsiveness issue. Due to which, i am not able to create the popup.

    I have circled the responsiveness issue behaviour in red circle.

    The next image is when I click on add new button, it shows me big icons like this and they are clickable.

    After clicking on the big image popup icon, it navigates me to the popup setting where all the options are not clickable. The option exists but I am not able to use it.

    Please guide how can I resolve the above mention issue?

    We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues.
    It is possible that the issue can be a result of the conflict between our plugin and one of the plugins or themes you have.
    To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.
    With the same logic, please, try to check the conflict between our plugin and the installed themes.

    I deactivated the plugin but same issue. well, i don’t think that’s the case. Because it’s working same on my other sub sites. They contain the same theme and plugins. Problem is regarding the responsiveness. Please guide!!!

    May we kindly ask you to delete the Popup Builder core/free plugin and reinstall it from the beginning. Before deleting it, please make sure disable “Delete Popup Data” option from the Popup Builder settings just not to lose already created popups. See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/xQIgRnR45Ir4
