@shubhamsharma7979 Could you please provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer. This way we might be able to track down a specific configuration causing this issue.

If you are using any custom plugin for managing user roles and capabilities, there might have been a misconfiguration and you’d need to add the Web Stories-related capabilities to your user role.

I can’t see a user role plugin but it’s possible there is a conflict so could you please try following the steps here and let me know if you encounter the same issue.

Hey, I’m facing the same problem. When I explore templates and click on use template, it says unable to create story from templates. I am getting this error after the last update from web stories.

@shubhamsharma7979 Could you confirm if this issue occurs in an incognito browser after clearing any server-side cache or plugin caching?

@shubhamsharma7979 Strange because I can see the Taxonomies section on my site in the modal.

Could you try temporarily disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme? You can safely do so following this guide.
