    Hey
I’m building my installation from the ground up and somewhere along the line I had to delete certain pages vital to the functioning of the Buddypress plugin. Now when I go to make those pages again (/members/, for example) the URL is automatically amended as if it already exists. Buddypress is picky with it’s URL’s

    Thank you

  • You already have a page that is using the ‘/members/’ permalink. Look in your trash.

“Trash” isn’t readily apparent. Actually, I can’t see it anywhere.

If you click “Posts” or “Pages” or a custom post type you should see a line at the top that starts with “All ( 123 ) | Published ( 123 ) …”. If something is in the Trash there is a link named “Trash” in that line. ‘Trash’ can be disabled though. Maybe it has been on yours.
