Hi @ramzabeoulwe
I’m getting the ‘Unable to create order’ error and I can’t figure out what to do. It appears with all payment methods, so it’s not that. I did some googling, and went through the database updates, table checks and stuff available in the Status -> Tools, but nothing changed. Maybe someone here has another idea?
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with creating an order, receiving an ‘Unable to create order’ error message. This issue is persisting across all payment methods, and despite your efforts to resolve the issue through database updates and table checks, the problem remains unresolved.
There could be a few reasons why you’re encountering this error. Here are a few steps you could take to try and resolve it:
- Check your WooCommerce and WordPress versions: Ensure you’re running the latest versions of both WooCommerce and WordPress. Updates often come with bug fixes that could resolve your issue.
- Check WooCommerce settings: Verify that your settings (like currency, payment gateways, shipping methods, etc.) are correctly configured in WooCommerce.
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce: Sometimes, other plugins may conflict with WooCommerce and cause issues. Try disabling all other plugins to see if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can enable your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugins.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme: Occasionally, issues may arise from the theme you’re using. Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if this resolves the issue.

In case none of the above steps work, could you send us a copy of your site’s System Status? This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. I’m looking forward to your response so we can solve this issue for you.
