Unable to Create or Import Queries

  • We are having trouble creating widget queries on our development site. When I click the Create button the query editor doesn’t open. Instead I see the list of the site’s queries, but no queries are in that list. The same thing happens when I try to import queries that I created on a localhost site.

    Our development site is a multisite instance on which I have Administrator role. The main administrator reports he also doesn’t see any queries listed and he can’t create queries.

    Our Development Site’s Environment:
    Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard [Major 6, Minor 3, Build 9600, Revision 0]
    Multisite Instance of WordPress 4.8.2
    PHP for Windows is 5.4.45
    MySQL for Windows is 5.1.73

    My Localhost Environment:
    Apache/2.2.31
    WordPress 4.8.2
    PHP 7.0.15
    MySQL 5.6.35
