Unable to create new Payout

    I’ve just set up SliceWP and am trying to create a new payout to see how that works, do some test payouts, etc. I’ve made two test accounts, bought products ($0 for testing) and received the “Commission approved” email on them (the commission is also $0 for testing). But when I go to create a new payout, it says “No affiliate payments could be generated for the selected payout details.”

    Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Hey @rubella,

    Thank you for reaching out! Zero amount commissions are not taken into account. This is most probably the reason you’re seeing the notice.

    I recommend you to change the amount on one of the commissions and try again. The commission should get pulled and the payout should be prepared.
