That’s strange.
Regarding your query related to whitelisting, I would like to mention that we do not have any restrictions or control over this but in case you have any plugin on your site as above, then there may be a possibility the issue is occurring due to that plugin. If that is the case, then you might have to whitelist IP from your end.
Also, two things you can check:
1. Can you check your error log and see if there is any error that you are getting and share it with us if there’s any related to the plugin?
2. Can you check your database and confirm if you have following table {wp-prefix}_ig_lists in your db or not where {wp-prefix} is your WordPress Database prefix and can be anything (default is wp_ig_lists)?
