Dear plugin creators,

unfortunately I am unable to create new links. After trying to add new, then no content or white content area is displayed and the plugin manue is gone in wordpress backend.

This is really strange! Would you please check your browser console and share a screenshot with me?

It would be appreciable if you please share your Site Health Info. So that I can recreate the same on my end and let you know the solution soon.

Please go to Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy site info to clipboard to check the Site Health Info.

Hello @2share,

I assume that you are having a plugin conflict. Please deactivate the URL Shortify plugin and try to create a new link again with BetterLinks again. I hope it will be fixed. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alex,

That seems really strange. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for BetterLinks. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to WP-Admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
