• Hello i’am using the 4.0.1 WordPress and 2.0.66.33 NextGen.

When i Create a gallery and upload pictures NextGen give me this error message :
“Une erreur inattendue est survenue. Ceci est certainement lié à une mauvaise configuration du serveur. Regardez dans votre fichier d’erreur log PHP ou demandez l’assistance de votre hébergeur”
But i dont have any error_php.log file.

In my “gallery” folder I have as much subdirectory I uploaded a picture.
For exemple if un create a gallery named “test” and upload 3 pictures i will have gallery/test, gallery/test-1, gallery/test-2, gallery/test-3,
In each Subfolder i have the picture (with backup), and thumbs directory.

In a post when i want to use my gallery (with NextGen icon in TinyMce) there is no gallery visible ..

Everything lokk likes good in database (i have records in gallery and pictures table) and everything look likes good in directory.

    What is the problem ?

    Thank you very much !

@magikbibi – Your web service may save the errors in out places than the “error_logs” … also, have you checked for conflicts with other active plugins?

    Hi,

I got the same error : using WordPress 4.1.2 and the 2.0.79 version for NextGen Gallery.

I thought it was due to some plug-ins, so I deleted the whole website, starting again from scratch. I just installed WordPress and NextGen Gallery (nothing else, even deleted “Hello Dolly”).

How can I get the error log, to know which setting is wrong on the server ?

    Best regards,
