unable to create export folder

My wordpress is not doing well with php8, so taking subs and moving them to a new wordpress install. I had this going once and moved one site, but then old site crashed and I had to go to a backup. now i get this error

Prime Mover plugin is not yet ready to use. Error: Unable to create its own export folder. This is required to export sites. Please make sure WordPress has permission to create folder in your uploads directory.

My server support guys said everthing is set up correctly on their end. 2 hrs of tech support. so not sure why it works on one day and not the next
