    I am unable to create a new email template. Attempting to save any template I’m working on results in the following error message:

    “There was a problem adding the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.”

    This is on a single site, not multisite. I don’t have easy access to the backend database to check for “wp_ac_email_templates_lite” but I can get that if needed.

    Hi,

    I apologize that you faced issue with our plugin.

    Sometimes, the plugin cannot create “wp_ac_email_templates_lite” table in the database due to some site restriction. I have fixed this issue and will be released this fix in the next plugin update.

    Can you please drop your email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address, so I can provide you a modified copy of our plugin and you can create email template on your site?

    Hi All,

    We have released our plugin version 5.1.0 yesterday. From this version, we have fixed this email template issue. You can read changelog here.

    So, if anyone still getting the same issue then can you kindly update the plugin and check it by reactivating the plugin?
