• When we attempt to edit existing forms we receive a ‘Wrong Nonce’ error.

We are able to create form fields on new forms until we select any of the form types (ie profile form). At this point the ‘Wrong Nonce’ error when we attempt to add a new field occurs.

We have disabled all plugins. Running Twenty Seventeen Theme. No caching systems are being used. The fact we can trigger the error by selecting a form type leads us to believe the error is within the plugin.

    Please assist.

  • @deanstagg you normally get that if the session has been cached, but expired (for example). If you repeat the same process using Incognito mode in your browser, does this behave in the same way ?

    Yes.

Unfortunately we are encountering the errors are everywhere. We have installed UM on a brand new install with no plugins activated. When adding images to a brand new profile we were able to add a profile picture before the nonce error returned when attempting to upload a cover image. No cache ever used. Mutltisite install.

This nonce issue appears to be everywhere. We are set for launch but this is holding us back. We convinced the client to use UM over buddypress which is now proving problematic.

We had such amazing experiences in the past with UM we were a little shocked to run into issues.
