Finally i find my problem is not located ON wordpress account, sorry about that,i had contact my hosting company, then said i should get permission on my hosting account at my hosting content setting, here i solve.

To Create a Directory on Your Windows Hosting Account

1)Log in to your Account Manager.

2)Click Web Hosting.Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

3)In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the FTP File Manager icon.

To set up a new directory, click Create New Directory.

    Type a directory name.

    Click OK.

i had change my wordpress subdirectory permission with uncheck and tick Allowed Read and Write, and press “OK”

Then i also change wp-content and uploads folder file permission as above… when i upload my image to wordpress media folder,it done,viola…..i done pretty, perhap this can help the other,cheers..

thanks all guy on this forum,

    sunny
