Unable to create directory

    Hello everyone
    I have a problem uploading images
    “Error saving media attachment” and also
    ““c1.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /home/sajt/public_html/wp-content/uploads/. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”
    I have migrated blog from one server to another and also changed domen, blog is working fine but can not upload images.
    One more thing is that old pictures points to old url.
    Can anyone help me please
