Unable to create custom tab on the vendor dashboard.

Hi,
I am trying to create custom tab on the store manager dashboard.

I added this codes on my child theme functions.php

also created template file to display content for the custom tab

I am using electro theme.

There is no custom tab showing on the dashboard.

Please help me to solve the issue.
