Unable to create css file

Hi guys,
I am getting this error when I try to activate the plugin “Unable to create css file”. I have some specific permissions and user/group ownership settings on my site, and I am suspecting this is what is causing the issue. I am wondering if you could tell me the path to where the css file is trying to be created so I can change my permissions.
