    I’ve installed and activated the plugin. When I attempt to create an account (“I agree and let’s get started!”), I get a message that says something went wrong creating my account. When I tried creating a Constant Contact account and then clicking “Already have an account? Log in.” I get a message that says “An error has occurred. Please try again.” When I contact Constant Contact for help, they are unaware of the plug in and have no documentation to help me.

    Also, to add color, the Creative Mail support team is unique from those of the other Constant Contact offerings, due to the unique nature of WordPress. That being said, we also provide phone-based support for Creative Mail paid plans if that can help.

    I can’t provide an email addressed used to sign up as I never got that far. I obviously don’t want to provide my phone number on here and when I’ve called no one at Constant Contact knew what I was talking about. I can be reached at [email protected] to set up a call.

    Hi @angel-monteros. I see we sent out a few responses, I’m sorry if we somehow landed in your email provider’s spam boxes! Yes, paid plans come included with chat and phone support. Unfortunately, our phone support does not speak Spanish but we can use Google Translate on chat! The Constant Contact Logo that is stationed at the bottom of our campaigns is not able to be removed.

    Hi @angel-monteros sorry, we misread your question! Yes — paying for a paid plan allows you to remove the ‘CreativeMail’ logo at the bottom of the campaigns.
