Unable to create a collection

    So I’m trying to showcase my products on my ecommerce site. I chose pre-designed block ‘Product Collection 4 Columns’. Now this block is giving the option to chose the product collection such as ‘Featured’, ‘Top Rated’, etc., and have an option to create our own collection. When I try to create my own collection, noting happens. I have tried refreshing the page, clearing cache of browser, website and webhost.

    Steps to reproduce

    1. Click “+” to add new block
    2. Search for “Products”
    3. Scroll down to bottom of list to see suggestions
    4. Select any Product Collection
    5. Select the collection
    6. Click on ‘Choose Collection’ (As shown in Image 1)
    7. Click on ‘Create your own’ (As shown in Image 2)

    PS: My website is in maintenance mode as of now.

    It seems the issue does not belong to the Spectra. Can you please verify once by turning off the Spectra.

    I tried turning off Spectra. The options for the collection changed. I do not see the option to choose collection anymore.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    From your last screenshot, it seems you have selected the group block, please select the product collection block then you will see the option.

    Hi,

    I tried again using list view, the option is available. But the option to create a custom collection as I have mentioned in the 1st post is still not working. Please provide a suggest.
