    I have been searching all over and there is no way to contact customer support for Jetpack. I was trying to move/transfer my Jetpack account/subscription to my updated website and it said to disconnect but it canceled. If someone could contact as soon as possible, and please fix the issues not being able to simply contact or submit a report ticket.

    In your WordPress.com dashboard in the lower right corner there should be a question mark inside a circle, clicking that will allow you to contact support.

    Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

    Thank you. I went ahead and used the form.

    When I click the question mark in the lower right corner it just brings me to the support forums.

    So the support ticket doesn’t look like it’s working.
    The website I would like my Jetpack subscription to be on is heidimein.com

    Thanks for providing that URL. I’ve looked into the WordPress.com account that manages that website, and I can see that there aren’t any active plans there.

    So we can transfer your plan, please reach out to us here using the WordPress.com account that manages/owns the plan; you can also mention a link to this support thread.

    On 1/1/2022 I purchased Jetpack Security (10GB), receipt number . At the time I believe the website I was using it for was stuffnjunkbyheidi.com. I have changed my business to heidimein.com (a new website with new www.remarpro.com login) but when I tried to “move” my Jetpack subscription it ended up canceling the subscription. The original website has been changed to heidimine.com so that I can keep all of my data while I build my new site. My receipt in my wordpress.com account shows that website. I would like it changed/transferred to heidimein.com.

    Sharing your receipt number in a public forum is generally not a good idea, so I’ve flagged the post for moderation so someone from the moderation team can redact that.

    I have reinstated your plan on heidimein.com now and given it the same expiry date that it initially had when you renewed so that it will expire on January 2nd, 2023.
