It sounds like you may need to get access to their Business Manager as well to make the necessary selections. I might recommend sharing the instructions here to see if that does the trick:

thank you, we already did that. In the end we managed to make it work, in fact we’ve been told that it takes 8 working days for the changes to take effect.
