    I want to start by saying I have tried a lot of things to get this to work. I will try to be as detailed as possible but I have been working on this off and on for a couple of weeks now.

    This is a fresh install of WordPress through Godaddy with only a few plugins (Backup for WP, CoBlock, Jetpack, Woocommerce, Woocommerce.com Update Manager, and Yoast SEO).

    I have installed the Woocommerce plugin as well as the Update Manager as mentioned above. When on the website I go to Woocommerce> Extensions> My Subscriptions, there in the list of Installed on this Store I see WooCommerce.com Update Manager and next to it a red box with No Subscription, Expirey/Renewal Date is blank, Auto-renew is Off, Version 1.0.3, a Subscribe button (more on this soon), Actions gives me 2 options (Manage on WooCommerce.com & Manage in Plugins). Clicking on Subscribe takes me to Woocommerce.com where it adds Update Manager to the shopping cart, I checkout and go through the process and still wind up not connected. I now have 2 subscriptions. Going to Woocommerce.com > My Stores, I click connect, enter onlinereturns.net and click Continue. This takes me to my site and strait to Woocommerce> Extensions> My Subscriptions, once there I see the same thing as mentioned above, a Red box with No Subscription.

    I have tried disabling all plugins except Woo and Update Manager. I have tried switching themes to a default theme. I tried following the instructions on deleting Woo with deleting the data (this completely broke the site and I had to restore from a backup).

    I tried going to WordPress and disconnecting Woo, all this did was make me sign in again and ended with the same results.

    When I go the log files there are no logs, I double checked the setting and logs are enabled.

    I submitted a ticket yesterday morning at 6:18am. I never received confirmation that the ticket was received and since I did it from my phone I was really unsure. Not knowing if it was, I attempted again last night with my computer and noticed it put it into a chat bubble, is this normal, will I eventually get a response in the chat bubble?

    Yes, when you first access it, it will be a chat. If the team is not able to reply at that moment, we will get back to you via email ??
