    Hi to everyone,

I can’t connect my site to my Wordfence Central account: when I try all the times appears the message “Unable to resolve domain redirects”. Talking about this with my hosting provider assistance they said to me that probably the are blocking your IP connection or the port from which Wordfence central is tring to connect. Can you help me? Need I to comunicate to them your IP or port?

    Thanks.

  • Thanks for reaching out.

Here’s another way to try and get your site added to Wordfence Central.

    • Login to your site as an admin user
    • In the same browser open a new tab and login to Wordfence.com
    • You’ll be on the Dashboard page for Wordfence Central. Look at the Connection Issues tab.
    • If your site is listed there, click the trash can icon to remove it.
    • Go back to the Dashboard page and click the blue “Add New Site” button.
    • Add the site again using the correct protocol (http or https)
    • Wordfence Central should make the connection now. If it doesn’t respond here so we can work with you further.

If your hosting provider needs to add our IPs to their Allowlist please have them add these:
    54.68.32.247
    44.235.211.232
    54.71.203.174
All of our IP addresses can be found on this page:
