Unable to connect to shipstation

    I’m trying to connect my woocommerce shop with shipstation. Using official shipstation plugin to connect.

    Error I’m receiving while connecting shipstation with my store.

    “We received an error testing the WooCommerce store: Invalid XML. Error: ‘Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.’ We received: ‘1’”

    I’ve contacted shipstation regarding this issue, they said talk to wordpress support. WordPress support said talk to woocommerce.

    Kindly resolve this issue.
