Unable to connect to Plausible

  • When I try to connect to Plausible by inserting the domain, nothing happens. It will not save the domain.

    I click Save; sometimes there’s no response, sometime the button briefly turns grey – and sometimes it stays grey. But no matter what, if I switch to another tab, the information is gone when I return.

    Hi @ellegaarddk,

    Do you have an ad blocker extension that could be blocking it?
    So far, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue.

    Also, if possible, can you take a screenshot of the browser console after clicking “save”? This could help us understand if there’s an error.
