    Thanks for dropping by the forum. Currently the plugin will not work on local sites, but in the latest version 1.4 we implemented a developer mode. With this you can test out the plugin on your local site. This page in the MailChimp integrations directory, has instructions on enabling the developer mode: https://connect.mailchimp.com/how-to/90 If you want to test your lists and form submission, it’s best to test it on a live site.
