The merchant center is connected, and the products are all synched, it just lost connection to the google ads account.

Thanks for reaching back, sharing the site’s System Status Report (SSR).

From what I gather, it appears that the site needs to be re-verified. Kindly follow the instructions in the documentation section, directly linked here, and let us know how that goes.

Side note: I suggest having all server-side caching cleared and disabled while reconnecting the accounts -along with temporarily disabling all plugins related with caching, security & migration functionality.

Please check within Marketing > Google Listing & Ads, if the correct Google account associated with the merchant account is connected to the site there? If this is not connected correctly, you will get an authorization error.

Additionally, the best approach is to go to the hidden connection test debug page located at wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page and then disconnect and reconnect your Google account (under the Google Account title) making sure you select/enable the required permissions.

I followed the procedure but the results were the same. It seems like it connects but, when I go to the plugin tab, it doesn’t show my campaigns. If I try to click on “add paid campaign” it shows I’m connected to an account that makes no sense (account 0). If I try to switch accounts it shows me the error I mentioned in the first post.

I should also add that if I go to google ads (outside of woocommerce), my campaigns are still there and they seem to be running.

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

Could you make sure that:

* Your WordPress account is added to your Merchant account.
* Google Listings & Ads requires you to connect your site with WordPress.com. Are you using the same email address with which you log in to your WordPress.com account? With that email address, you should be able to connect WooCommerce to Google.

Can you please confirm if you are already doing that yet getting this problem?

I double checked and yes, it’s all under the same email. All connections show green (connected), however, google listings and ads shows that it’s connected to a bogus account with no number, it just says “account 0”. If I try to switch from that account, my real account shows up in the dropdown menu, but it gives me an error if I try to connect.

same in my website, i confirm that woocommerce is connected to merchant account.
wordpress account connected.
google account connected.
merchant account connected and Content API Feed is working .
google ads account: error “Unable to connect your Google Ads account. Please try again later”….. when i refresh the page and the account is connected with (Account 0) in account number.
woocommerce log:
