    Hi,
    I connected successfully to wordpress.com, Google account and Google Merchant Center using the same email address, but I can’t make the connection with Google ADS.

    This is the error I get from the log page:

    There seems to be an issue with your Google Ads account, you can review more about this problem and how to solve it here: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/common-errors#authorizationerror.

    More specifically:

    Sign in to the Google Ads UI and ensure that you’ve completed the signup process for this account. For deactivated accounts, see?Reactivate a cancelled Google Ads account.

    Another important question, is the same email address being used on your Jetpack, WordPress, and Google Listings and Ads?

    If you still have issues, you can try to resolve the issue by completely disconnecting the current connection and setting it up afresh. Here’s how:

    • Go to this debug page: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your website’s domain)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Go to Marketing > Google Listing & Ads and initiate a fresh connection.

    That should fix the connection and sync issue.
