    This issue appears to occur after update to WP 4.6.1. I reverted back to a backup taken prior to an the update, and updated WP again, and got the error.

    I can’t download the latest version of file manager pro, as the site didn’t recognize me as a user and when I registered using the email I purchased with, I don’t have options for download.

    This issue is still unresolved.

    Hi Joel @joalatcomit,

    I am currently having this same issue. Did yours ever get resolved? If so, how?

    Thanks!

    Yes. Appears to be conflict with Gravity Forms for me. Gravity Forms says conflict is with the File Manager plugin. I have communicated what I could with developers. Fortunately it isn’t a form heavy website, but it would be nice to have it resolved.

    @joalatcomit,

    Seriously? I am just at this very moment implementing a Captcha on my client’s Gravity form, and Gravity Forms might be the source of the issue? :O

    Good to know. Thanks for your reply ??
