unable to connect setup

Hi,

I understand you are receiving the following errors:

“unable to complete setup”

“An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.”

Can you try again, making sure to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads? This would test to see if maybe some code from another plugin was affecting the connection?

And can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Please check if there is any more specific error thrown by the Google Listings & Ads extension.

I have deactivated all the plugins and tried to setup again

but it still says unable to complete setup

Thanks for trying that. Next, I recommend the following:

• Go to https://chestnutridgeoriginals.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page , and disconnect your Google as well as Merchant Center accounts
• Then, completed the setup again per https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/

Do let us know how that goes.
