    Hi,

    I have an existing PayPal integration with the PayPal checkout plugin.
    As I understand it’s going to be deprecated soon I’ve tried to migrate to PayPal payments.
    However, when trying to connect my business account to it, I get in the new PayPal window that opens a message that says that it’s a personal account and NOT a business account and an option to “convert” it to a business account. I’m reluctant to choose this option as the account is already business and I don’t know what problems it may cause.

    Can you please help?

    Hello Uri,

    this is a PayPal account issue and does not seem to be an issue with the Plugin. Could you reach out to PayPal to get them to verify what type of account you have? I have sometimes also get this error, but only when I by accident fill in the personal testing accounts I use in my test environment.

    There is not much help we can offer in this situation since we cannot check an account for merchants.
