    Hello I am unable to connect the Paypal to my website. It keep saying that “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.”, while I am able to open my PayPal account to the same browser with same credentials. I have checked it several times and the issue is still there. Please help

    The most common reason we see this error is when folks are using live credentials while GiveWP is in Test Mode. If you want to keep Test Mode active for testing, you will need to connect a sandbox account.     However, if you are ready to accept donations and want to connect your live PayPal account, you need to disable GiveWP Test Mode by navigating to Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Gateways.

    Essentially you want live credentials when the site is live, and a sandbox when you are in test mode.

    Yes, I have resolved that issue, You are right that the test mode was on but the next issue is popping

    Please check this link again and when I put all the details and trying to do the donations by clicking the paypal or credit card button. It shows an error. And I am not getting that why this is giving me the error.

    Please help me to resolve it

    The error “This organization is currently ineligible to receive donations.” can pop up for a couple of reasons:

    1. You aren’t using a business account. To accept donations, you need to use a business email address (this is a PayPal requirement).

    2. If you’ve selected to receive donations instead of standard transactions, PayPal has a required verification process that you’ll need to go through. This can take a few days, or a few weeks, the process is entirely up to PayPal. You can reach out to their support team to get more details about this, and in the meantime you’ll want to select standard transactions if you’d like to start receiving donations right away.

    3. There may be something PayPal needs to review in your account. This wouldn’t be related to login credentials, this would be something internal like a setting or configuration that they need to adjust in order for you to receive donations.

    If you are already using a business account, you’ll want to check in with the support team over at PayPal to see if there is anything for them to review on their end.
