Unable to connect on the 2nd step

Hi,

I have created wordpress site on my local host and now I need to upload in on my website. I used Duplicator, evertything goes fine till t he step 2 where I need to setup the database. I type the same database name, user and password that I used for this site/database in my local host. Thoses that is written in my wp.config.php file. But Installer doesn’t let me in with these credentials, there is an Fail button.

“Unable to connect the user [xxx] to the host [localhost]. The server error response was: Access denied for user ‘xxx’@’10.27.11.10’ (using password: YES)”

The same if I try to create new database — fail anyway.

Your youtube help didn’t clear anithing.

Where I’m making an error here?
