Unable to Connect My Store to Facebook

    Hello,

    I’m trying to connect my WooCommerce store to Facebook.

    Everything was done properly, It also said YOU’RE ALL SET!

    But as soon as I click on DONE,
    It says:Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!
    Please try again.

    I tried like 4-5 times already, But the end result is the same.
    Can you please help me?

    It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.

    Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:

    • Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    • Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using

    In case you were previously connected to Facebook:

    • Go to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
    • Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string

    Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again
