Unable to connect mailchimp account

I’m seeing the same issue on my website. When attempting to connect the account, I sign in to the window that pops up and click on “Allow” and nothing happens.

I’m using Edge, but have seen the same behavior in Chrome as well as Firefox. I opened the DevTools for Edge and looked at the console and I see the following error:
“Error calling OAuth status endpoint. No credentials provided at login pop?”
