Unable to connect Jetpack Back up to my site.

I am unable to back up my site. When I click “Manage your plan” from the dashboard, it takes me to a random WordPress page that has none of my account info and asks if I would like to create a site.

Trying to contact this company is cumbersome at best… as a paid subscriber, I would expect a better experience.
