• I’ve done a complete and clean reinstall of WordPress on the domain lars.kvisle.no The domain is “mapped” to WordPress.com however it appears twice. Presumably both the old installation and my more recent fresh installation. I’m now unable to connect to Jetpack with my fresh install both from my WordPress-installation and from WordPress.com. I’m also unable to “release” the old version of lars.kvisle.no from WordPress.com What do I do to solve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Checking on our end, we’re not seeing anything like this. More specifically, NO WordPress.com site is mapped lars.kvisle.no or kvisle.no.

I’m now unable to connect to Jetpack with my fresh install both from my WordPress-installation and from WordPress.com. I’m also unable to “release” the old version of lars.kvisle.no from WordPress.com What do I do to solve this?

Can you please follow this guide and disconnect the site you want? Then reconnect lars.kvisle.no. Does that help?

If not, we will instruct you to contact us privately then we can verify your ownership and disconnect these sites for you.

Thanks for your reply. You write …follow this guide… however, there’s no link to a guide in your reply. Please post the link so I can do an attempt to solve this.

Hi Lars. Sorry about that. Here’s the guide for disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack:

    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack

If it doesn’t help, could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Thanks.
